Clean roof Guarantee - Maintenance Plan

GK offers a clean roof guarantee, that is transferable, that your roof will remain free of fungus growth and or stains and retain its like new appearance for the life of the roof providing that scheduled maintenances are performed on time, every time.

How it works:

1. A thorough roof cleaning is performed. 
2. Rinse gutters, walls, windows, screens and other surrounding or impacted areas.
3. Treat your asphalt shingle, flat concrete, or barrel tile roof with our unique mold, mildew, algae, and fungus preventing solution.
4. Repeat step 3 each 6 months.

What is the difference - The difference between our Clean Roof  Maintenance Plan and a regular roof cleaning is the maintenance plan.

Mold spores are airborne everyday, along with dust from cutting grass and construction (which never stops), to sugar cane being burnt at the end of every crop. These components are food for mold.

Without the semi-annual maintenance, your clean roof will slowly become dirty again in a compounding fashion. A complete pressure or chemical cleaning is required to make the roof clean again.

With the maintenance plan, your roof maintains the same cleanliness, health, and beauty. There is no need to perform a deep cleaning again, reducing the physical stress on your roof.

What is the cost difference - The semi-annual maintenance plan is approximately 1/4 of the cost of a deep cleaning. The cost difference is a break even after two years and a 30% savings over 5 years.
