GK treats the body of the building being prepared for paint with a mildewcide first, then cleans all surfaces with high pressure, removing all loose paint and any caulk from failing paint. After the pressure cleaning is finished, a second application of mildewcide is applied and rinsed after a 20 minute dwell time. Now you have a surface that perfect to bond to. After 24 hrs of drying to it's ready for caulking, primer coat(color tinted) and a top coat of your color choice. Your paint job will last longer, when you use our services and look better having minimal chances of failure in the future.
